Is that a straight swap Michael?
I have had someone here rebuild the pop up rear suspension now.

brakes and pdf unit colour
Hi, I am after the gold colour for the brake callipers and pdf units. It is different from the wheels and I think the 84 model frame and engine covers. Is that correct? I have the 85 silver/black model. A friend has used a jaguar 396gbd colour which is close. If anyone has used one that is the same ...

Re: Gsx750se/sf Rear Suspension.
Hi John, haven't been on here for a while. What you say makes great sense. It would be good to know what others have done for the efe replacement or just look at an efe shock anyway.
Thanks for your input.

Re: Gsx750se/sf Rear Suspension.
Hi Fossie, thanks for that. I am in Australia so buying the shock from d&k probably won't suit me. There is a supplier here I have found for Bitubo, saw the one for the 750es police bike so now at least I know what and where to get it.
Thank you for your help and advice.
Cheers,
Dave.

Re: Gsx750se/sf Rear Suspension.
Hi Fossie, thanks for your reply. Can you tell me what brand the shock was please? I was looking at wilbers 640 and thought about a genuine one if they are even available but then have been sitting for 30 odd years and as you have said, the oil would be shite and the seals may not be good either. Ch...

Gsx750se/sf Rear Suspension.
Hi, I am wondering what others have done regarding the back shock on the pop-ups when it has worn. Whether anyone has replaced with genuine or aftermarket as I am sure the units are not serviceable. Would appreciate anyone's Feedback.
Thank you.
Dave.

Re: Instrument cover
Hi Fossie, I have noticed also on the Japan sites if they have the 84 model instrument panel, they have crazing too. I haven't heard of anyone here doing anything yet. It is as though the clear window and surround were made on the same mould as there is no lip on the windows.I did wonder whether it c...

Re: Instrument cover
Hi John, I haven't tried any products on it yet , I will look into that, though it is quite bad now. I haven't seen any pop ups here without the crazing.
Cheers.

Instrument cover
Hi everyone, I was hoping to see if anyone here had a solution for the crazing on the clear windows on the pop up katana's instruments cover . Not sure whether you guys in the UK get it like we do in Australia. It seems like it was all cast together so there is no way to pop out the windows and seat...
