Hi,

Anyone have a set of centre pipes for sale?

I have a NOS set of outers but am struggling to find some 2/3 downpipes..

The pop up exhaust is the same as the GSX750 ES/EF. ...Early models were chrome , later Black.
In some states in the USA it was sleeved down to 700 for local reasons...also known as GS because of the not to use GSX Monika in the 80' US. ( sounds too raunchy eh? GeeSeX !

Some spares importers in UK have brought these in .....indeed one of my pop ups is fitted with one. Came from a bike that was never started but stripped for parts. It was chrome bug I painted it in Techcote Semi gloss black exhaust paint..all good.

Thanks guys, I already have a good bright chrome set for an ES, so will look at getting my centre pipes black chromed as in truth, I've beenlooking for two years for a mint set of centres without joy..

Now to find a black chromer..

You'll find Santa before a blackchromer who will do used chrome pipes to black chrome, better to get them ceramic coated, in semi gloss , they will last longer and get done sooner.

Understood.. my set is a NOS chrome one, so I'll carry on searching for a good black set or a chromer.. I'll find something in the end,.. hopefully..
