EDIT v1 was downloaded 106 times! I have now uploaded to v2 as this deals with changing the warning light to LED, which was an issue in the v1 guide!

So for Katana 1000 retaining normal bulbs for clocks, if you change rear indicators to Led can you keep front ones as traditional bulbs or do all need to be of same type?

Re indicators , different at front and back.. in theory yes it can be done ,,,But it would require a ballast being inserted on the wiring to the LED and or a possible seperate flasher unit .
you can get Led bulbs that fit in normal holders .. Not sure of the advantage of replacing indicator bulbs with LED given the hassle ..

I'm replacing rear light with LED one and it has integrated LED indicators.
