I need to strip down some fork legs. From what I can see,Part Number 09940-34567 is the special tool required to hold the fork tube. Outside of bringing one in from the States I cant find one. Thank you. That leads me to another question. I have a list of bikes fitted with 37mm forks, but not fork lengths, etc. Has anyone any experience of fitting forks from other models (or makes) to the 650.

Hi all, 550 and 650 forks, both the same? I need some replacements for my 650 (with minimal work), and there are plenty of 550, limited 650.

Thank you. The rattle is on tick over, so that's good news. I'll get a few more photo's soon. The tank was treated to a rattle can job by the previous keeper, and he didn't use a petrol resistant clear coat. Its a mess.
