The ID of the bore is 4mm larger for the first 20mm, then the diameter reduces to exactly the same as the 550 exhaust....that is the only difference with the ID.
Do you still think that could be for 650 ?

Hi, Been a while as i had issues logging on....anyway, sorted now ! I bought 2 new old stock original exhausts for my GS550 M Katana. When they arrived, i noticed the left hand exhaust did not fit in the manifold...right hand side fine with approx 36mm OD, but the left one has 41mm OD so wont fit in...

Ebay the way to go I think....should be able to get a set for 140 ish as you say....shame as our local tyre garage is usually cheap but not this time !

Interesting....seems 100 and 120 is the way to go....set of Avons were only 20 bar cheaper....so might go for BT45's.
