Hi Guys - OK found the right size. It is a 6mm * 0.5mm thread.

Question: I need to clean up the the thread line that the air screw turns into. Would any know the actual thread diameter and thread size? I need to source a thread tap to do this. GS1100X Carbs. Thanking you in advance.
