Re: XN85 235 miles + 1 owner from new!

I can offer something similar.. I have a 750ES from Suzuki Canada that was just put to one side..

ZERO miles, chassis number FIVE.. never been run, never had a battery on it even.. obviously mint condition.

Where to advertise it though or just find an auction house somewhere in the UK??

Re: Pop Up in Hampshire

I wonder if it still has the 13mm, 1/2" drive socket down each fork leg as a spacer.  I belive it cost him about £300 initially and was a bodgetastic build.. I have two pop-ups left in my collection (clearing out) and neither are this sort of money and both a good deal superior.. It'll...

Re: £3.1/4 thou for a 750ES !

I sold this bike to the guy selling it now for £2200.. I think he was trying to make a few quid out of me.. and succeeded.

The bike ran 100% and I even had a working headlight assembly etc. for it too..

On to ES's.. I have a new zero miles one so it'll be intersting to see how much that sells for..

Re: Interesting ..is it, isn't it?

I spoke to the guy and this had done over 50, 000 miles and was in his words 'a build on a tight budget', so I suspect the rear end was very wrong with a modified GSXR1100 arm.. not such a bargain to be honest..

Re: Raised handlebars

It wouldn't be that expensive to Spain, I'm sure..

I have several bar sets, so probably £40 including post?

Re: Raised handlebars

You can fit ESD bars to the that fit ove the top yoke.. you lose 1" of suspension travel but if you upgrade your front end anyway it won't be so saggy, so won't make any difference..

I have LOADS of ESD bars if anyone want to do it..

Re: 1990 really ????????

You want to get that looked at.. not sure it should be black.. might fall off!! :D So... didn't buy it.. total waste of 8 hours in the van to go there!! Not sure what decade he took the pics but definitely not this one.. Best avoided.. VIN doesn't tally with the V5 as it should, hasn't run in a long...
