Okay so no dates or location but I have something in mind...
However while it should be November , I probably won't be able to attend anything in that month , so can we say 2lets do it in October ", or even " That's fine do it November and we'll tell you what we've decided !"

Back from France so will look into a date in October , will block book accomodation in advance and fill it from there ..

Fate has decreed , the weekend of 10-12 it has to be if I'm to be involved... I will be VOR for a few months the Monday after ...So the AGM could go ahead but without myself .
I will book accommodation on this coming friday evening ... Please indicate if this is acceptable!

Please add names for accommodation .. I will be block booking tonight .. I will be using the YHA discount card obtained for the W2E run so won't be much price wise ... The breakfast is however v good and included.
