AGM 2025

OK so location is YHA Stratford upon Avon . AGM will be 1600 hrs Saturday then wander into local area for beers and meal etc ..
Breakfast at the YHA on Sunday am and gets our vote!
I have booked and paid for some rooms mainly 2 persons rooms to accommodate everyone .. price person works out to be £45.

I have booked 3x two person rooms and 1x3 person room.
The 2 person rooms with double beds are spoken for the 1 with seperate bed is intended for a couple if needed .
I had to book rooms working of the possible numbers at the time and can revisit the booking if required.
It was done such so people booking rooms don't confuse /mask the number of rooms available.

There is 1 double bed room still available on the site

Amended time to 1600hrs as most will get to site in the afternoon , and lets be honest be honest the AGM is usually only 1-2 hours long ...35.75 mins to cover the usual stuff the rest of the time people wishing I'd shut the fudge up so they can get to the bar!
