Re: EK12
Jesus it's never easy is it? So Hook van Holland arrives at 0800 hrs (A sqn)..and follows the A20 . The Europort (B Sqn) arrives at 0845 after customs .. The travel time to A20/A24 split is slightly more for HVH ...so a possible meet up at the first services on A20 which is the quickest route to Dortmund and beyond.. All good and can be looked in to so both squadrons travel together . WE have a car or 2 travelling with us from Hull end no problem we aren't in any hurry ..
The A24 tunnels are now tolls and can only be paid online ..only 1.51 euro's but a faff and to avoid means the A15 to the south and misses the joining point ....Also cars need a German ULEZ ( Umwelt) sticker for some areas in Germany ....Yep Ruhr gebeit!

I believe that you can pay the tolls in advance and any journeys not used get refunded.

Re: EK12
Cars only need those green environmental stickers when entering certain cities, Autobahn is always excepted even when going through those cities. Moreover: I'm not aware of cars with a foreign registration need that sticker at all, but I'll confirm on that.

So, what about the old “Aircooled Dinosaurs?”
I did once try to get Critter Stickers for the Kat and the Speed Trip, but they said “Go away you Silly Eeenglish Baaqure!”*

Re: EK12
Motorcycles don't need umwelt stickers in Germany ..but do come in to the tolls in the tunnels in Holland ..though it only is a thing from Europort.
The French Crit 'dair stickers are only for certain towns are in the middle of being scrapped anyway ..
