May seem a bit early , but an invite has been submitted ..November is month usually but no date chosen at the moment but the venue is The Bearded Schnauzer in Oakwood . Derby .. A little place you wont find on any listing site but I was there last weekend and very friendly , good food , On site camping for a few , accommodation can be found ..

I will contact the landlord and landlady to see which dates are available ..though I believe neither will be there on the 14th so that is out .
This venue is small, and invite only..
so the post code wont be in general air...but we will get the info to those who need to know
