Hi All just got a reply from the owner of the Swan.

"Hi Keith

I remember talking to you, but I didn't realise you meant a rally this year. But that isn't a problem in itself, I have booked you in for that weekend.
For us to feed that many from our kitchen in an evening the meals will have to be preordered, to that end I have attached copies of our menu, if you could circulate it to your members and let me know the orders. Just so you know the kitchen is open 12-2pm and then 6-9pm

Just poped round to see Cat and Steve.

It was suggested that we would have a BBQ on Saturday night, which sounds good to me.

So anyone want to order food for Friday night?

belinda and i will eat in the pub both nights.... i have the impression he thinks dozens and dozens of us will be there... i recon we'll be lucky to see 20 lol

I told him about 15 to 20 people. I think because the locals and cyclists eat there. He was panicking abit.

If you want to eat at the pub on Friday or Saturday night i strongly recommend that you contact the pub and reserve a table.
