Wooow , this handing out the tickets dosen't work...the system needs to be I have the tickets , then when you get to the gate , phone me and I'll come to meet you and guide you to our location ..
Otherwise people get through the gate ride around for a bit then contact us , or pitch the tent where they are ...we won't know where we are set up until we get there . Smand and I get there as soon as the site opens, set out our area before anyone else invades the area we need .Then set up marquees , tent etc.
Chasing around looking for lost souls adds up to chaos.

Could you send the tickets up to me. You'd have to send mine and the Manchester crew up anyway .

Also if someone can't attend and we have the ticket we can claim at least 50percent back.

There is 33 on first page .....even took my shoes off !

I am at the moment arranging 3 different events in various parts of the country , in this day and age everyone and everything is preferred to be done online ...... It dosen't work!
Then simple things like someone not following instructions and this happens ...along with no reply from events ...what the **** is wrong with the people and buissiness's .
( 1 of the events is in a hotel , how difficult is it to get a price for the hire of the event room , buffet and DJ ....they want numbers but with out knowing what to charge , how can I provide them.....I phone everyweek, so this cock up is just the norm nowadays.)

So if you want to pay the PayPal address , and Katmarch sends me a PM weekly so I can edit the attendance list . Should anyone wish to pay on the day along with the membership fee for the next year of £10 I can collect it cash and pay it into the bank up here the following Monday/ Tuesday.

Cheers , We were supposed to visit the venue yesterday but , Mike had to cancel ...so rearranged for April 7 th ...you can come along aswell if you'd like as introduction .
