It was great to catch up with everyone once again, a shame I could only do one night, but had a great time! Can’t wait for the next one!

Made it back home about 5.45, all safe and sound and Skruffy Kat ran well even with a tankfull of E10 from Morrisons at Boroughbridge!

Great to meet up with club members for a great weekend at a really good venue. Big thanks to the all the folk who organised it all and did all the "stuff" that made it work. Looking forward to the next one👍👍

What a great weekend!

Enjoyed getting to meet people and get inspiration from other's bikes.

Big thank you to Alexandre for bringing over some parts from France for me, Giles and Steve for helping out with some on site repairs and then Steve and Kryten for wheel swapping out and Chris? who helped with ride back and puncture.

Really enjoyed the ride out on Saturday and also just such friendliness and help when I had some bike problems.

Respect to the Germans for coming over in such numbers and all the pillion passengers who support their riders in what were some quite long treks.

People were so friendly and you can see it's not a club it's a family and that's a result of everyone giving something, communities like this are something special!

I probably missed out some names, but everyone who took time out to chat, time out to explain how they did something on their bike, everyone who asked how I was getting on etc, that all made for a great weekend.

Great event all goes like clockwork, that takes some organising and I really appreciate the effort that goes into making this happen, so a big thank you to the owners club committee from myself and of course it's lead singer Fossie!

Well that was what can only be described as a bloody good do....EKs especially are because of the attending people and the journeys undertaken ...but this one was really a blast .
50 Katana's ". 6 naughty corner attendees ..60 people .. Britain , Germany , Holland France represented.
We got Home about 1530hrs ...with French club president ..( who flys how in the morning )
I'm hoping that we can get a full story in the next Pride , but before that, as has been said a bloody crackin' job done by the people behind the scenes ( myself not really included as I don't do much really )
But , t shirts , ride out s , cooking , location finding , making stuff , problem solving , only happens seamlessly because of the passion of others. You know who they are , you just know what they do! ;) :D
2 quick notes ...for those who didn't know , Martin from Germany who won the distance award , gave it to Torte from Berlin who rode to Rotterdam to meet the others , realised his sailing wasn't confirmed , so rode to Calias , across to Dover then up to Yorkshire so clocked an extra 600 km ( 400 miles ) in 1 hit .. :o

The 2nd thing is an initial notice that our visiting Dutch chap is now going to arrange the EK 11 in Holland after we "offered the motion of a committee ". He was a touch surprised when it was announced ...but the next morning he was buzzing ...( difficult to tell as he's quite laid back )
Dates tbc but 2024 probably August ..We as the UK club will help out as will the Germans .
