Ok so the other locations have failed to reply to the various people requests .

SO by a majority vote of 1 and a few nods in that direction ....

Hotels near by , incl travelodge , premier inns x2 ..Chris's motor hotel ...( aka Bate's ,....but it is truck stay over hotel) George and Dragon in west Wycombe . other in area incl Princes's Rissbourgh.

Hell fire caves a short walk away and worth a look ....they say they are open that weekend .

Smand and I will be getting to Wycombe Saturday evening , so will be around west Wycombe in the various pubs ,so we can make the weekend of it .

Can we have a few numbers to ensure we get a table organised properly this time

However we do need people's thoughts on the subjects listed in earlier thread ...
How about mugs , or even tankards ....more and more events like you to have a tankard to save on glass and recycling .

Personally, I'd like more meet ups and ability to arrange ride outs.

My thoughts, as a new member, for what they're worth are these:
You have great resource in this forum and Facebook page
Great camaraderie and help from member for each other
An utterly iconic bike to build things around
Most members are long term members, membership base doesn't change much as Katana isnt really a bike new bikers get
So what value can you addd for existing members:
Library of information (docs)
Library of how to do things (YouTube channel)
Connecting people
Social connection ie being part of community - this is really powerful and one I am looking for right now. If I cant get to connect with people to ride out, I will end up going somewhere else, it's a shame
Quality accessories for bike, but I think this is a challenge due to small number of these bikes nowadays

Thanks for the input, Jonty ..these points will be discussed on the day ...
When we started way back in 2003/4 , it was divided into areas so localised meets could take place and it a success to a degree, mainly if there are 15 members in an area it turns out that only 2 are available on that day!,,, granted communication was as instant as it can be now .
We have a library of info , though again loads go lost when the old site disappeared , it also depends on people documenting what they did ..
You tube channel, , mmmm, well beyond my abilities ...not others though .
