Been offline due to lightning strike on house that fried router ....anyhow how many times do I have to tell them ...will tomorrow cheers

All confirmed now ,I've booked room for Saturday night £76 incl breakfast double room .

Spoke to venue this evening, there are still a few rooms available. They will be laying on Sandwiches , tea and coffee from 1230ish as a lunch .
We have the room 1200-1700ish so we can stick to original plan of day.
