Right then people I'm trying to sort a date to get over to Holland to speak to the venue as emailing is very hit and miss...which is about the same as the response from the Dutch club. April is the date originally set out ..and to be honest , that calander is filling up quickly so it looks like Friday out 19th back 21st Sunday get back Monday ...but hey we could do a day trip out Friday dock Saturday ride/drive to site and back to Rotterdam for Saturday evening ferry which lands Sunday morning.
I will continue to get a cloggy to join us there but ;)

My question is anyone fancy this ? We can go in Taliban bus or go on bikes , I will need to book in a few weeks time so yoohoo ......yes you at the back..
Is this confirmed? When exactly will you be there? Could come over if we can make ends meet.

I sent the costs to everyone involved as a Pm ...that's why they are not on this thread ..
I waited until the last moment to include everyone, .
Ah well , if the timings aren't right , that's how it goes .

Just a thought I may be able to alter the booking to add 2 others as I can maybe change to 4 berth cabin on our crossing , There will be an admin charge of £20, but it's doable , I will need to know by weekend ...Or Jimmy and Su are going in car on Thursday , that'll be cheaper and should be doable!

ok, i guess i didnt asked to be involved or included in the crossings in that case. life has been testing over the past 8 months so i may well have fallen out of the loop as to what/where things were happening and i obviously missed the deadlines.

timings arent the problem... £ is lol. so yeah, thats how it goes as you say.

i added up costs and even if we were to get a reduced cost for the crossing the overall £ for a few days away is still going to be too much right now.

ta for the reply, maybe next time

Just keeping in the loop. Today I took the sticker and t-shirt designs to the chap that did the last EK in Ripon. He'll clean up my hand drawn images and let me know next week .
