Ok so this is my spare wheel with the components in the right order. The spacer is clearly the wrong size, but I have a few spares

Here are the components laid out in the correct order left to right minus hub and swinging arm
Odd shaped spacer is Number 5 as mentioned in a previous comment by @Blix and @JohnR and sits inside the sprocket carrier and supports the carrier bearing
