Perfect. One is off. Thanks to all for good help.
The rusty one is difficult. Got the ring out but the spring seat is stuck. I have to welding on something so I can pull it out

if the cap is stuck, dont weld anything to it, take the fork off and bounce it on the floor, the compression and shock of impact will pop it out, but wrap it in a cloth to stop it flying out and hitting you in the eye!

Final got it off. Had to drill a hole M8 (not through) . Made some thread. Put a thick steelplate with a 10 mm hole ond the top of fork and screwed it out.
