I really should put a note in with this old crap that I keep as I definitely can't rely on my memory.
It's not just me then! A few years ago I bought parts to redo the front end on the 1100 in Robinsons Black Friday sale, then come the next Easter when I finally got round to doing it, I bought them all again as I forgot I had them!

Rocket78 got his bike with I think an aftermarket petrol tap on that leaks and wanted an original one.

Ah, sorry Smallkat I have been overseas for a few weeks, and when I got back the replacement tap I ordered from Japan had arrived.

I've just fitted it now. It's tight and I am not that sure that routing of my fuel and vaccuum pipes is optimal, but it's working and not leaking :)

Don't worry, the starter knob isn't even connected!

I haven't found a good routing for the vacuum or fuel pipes either. I will post a photo of mine at some point.
