Hose?

Post by Tonykat » Fri Aug 26, 2022 12:41 pm

Hi, anyone know where the hose in picture is supposed to go? Found part number but can’t find if it’s supposed to be connected to anything. It’s on my 250, on the 400 it goes into the air box but the 250 has a hose from the engine to the air box.

There are three hoses that connect to the fuel tap, the vacuum hose (usually thinner than the others) that fits on the back of the tap, the 'on' fuel pipe and the 'res' (reserve) pipe, if all of these are accounted for it could be a fuel breather hose that is supposed to be left unconnected.
Looked on the Suzuki parts website and they want £47.50 for that piece of rubber tubing

Hi, I only have two pipes on fuel tap, no reserve. This must be a breather but it comes off the back of the carbs.
