Hi, I got the seals for the RGV250 as suggested and have been told that they don’t fit😩, think I have to get the bike home and see for myself. The garage was going to mot it so I thought they might as well do the brakes when they said it needed them.
Anyone used the RGV seal with success?
Front need to be RGV250K to T (which is the VJ21A and VJ22A model). I used titanium pistons and seals that were for that model. Sure they are the same brakes. Remember the 2 pistons are different sizes, so each side needs 4 part numbers:
5910739100 Seal
5910836A00 Wiper
5910703A00 Seal
5910832C00 Wiper

At CMS they come in at about £30 for Suzuki. I used clone that came with the pistons. If you are changing the seals it would be rude not to swap the pistons to stainless (or titanium) unless they already are, IMO. As said the full front with bolts and nipples in titanium were about £120.

Rear will indeed be different, and the seals are
5910718410 Seal (fits lots of GS500E, GS650, GS750, GS850 etc)
6910832B00 Wiper (fits the likes of GSX600F, GSX750F, RF900, GS500E)

Again, if I was doing seals I'd swap pistons to at least Stainless.

Thanks for the help, I have ordered front and rear kits from Titan classics, this is getting expensive 😁.

That's always a result with a 400. What fuel are you using and do you start it regularly?

It’s at the garage getting ready for mot, but I have put additives in the petrol with my 250 and start it every 2 weeks, so far so good 😀
