Side stand options?

Hi All.

The standard side stand on my Kat comes up a little short with 17 inch wheels, GSXR1100k forks and a raised rear, so leans over too far for my liking. I’ve had a look at possible alternatives, including Bandits, but none were suitable.

Has anyone put a longer side stand on their Kat? Or do you carry round a 2 inch block of wood like me?

you can buy multi adjustable aftermarket billet sidestands on eblag. i got one for mine but ive not fitted it yet cos ive not got to that stage of the build, but theyre not expensive.
