The front wheel on my 1100 is powder coated and doesn't look right! I have bought a 1100ET front wheel which has the same spoke pattern but the the hubs centre looks different

Anyone know why this is, both are the same manufacturer - Enkei and size 19 x 1.85?

Some american market GS and gsx models came with a single front disk. Possible your et wheel came from one of these? Is it the snowflake spoke pattern? If you wanted one, you should have asked, I've a pile of them, I'm planning to use them as a trellis for my climbers!

It could even be a 650/550 wheel. All mine look like that .
Could even be as simple as cast in different factories.....but then it could be that the 1100 power output was considered to require a chunkier brace.

As always when buying 2nd hand a risk is involved, I mean the seller might not have known ...we didn't / don't!

A Suzuki part number check will say wether the 1100 SZ and ET Models were the same.

It seems that at the beginning the Kat and the ET were different fitments , but at some point they were superseded and the ET type won out ...because it was used on the 650/550//750 aswell.
So either would be correct?
