Tyres...

Post by Bob1000 » Tue May 31, 2022 9:22 am

Any suggestions on tyres for my 1000sz..
I've got a pirelli demon sport on the front, and an mt08 on the back currently, but neither available any more, so looks like I'm going to have to treat the bike to a new pair!!

What do you reckon?

Another vote for BT 45 , there are now other 'classic' style coming back on the market ..but Bridgestones are a good bet.

For what it's worth, I spent most of my despatch riding life on BT45s. They get my vote.

I have BT46 font and back on my 1,000.

I don't ride with my knee down but they make me feel comfortable within the limits of my riding cabilities. I'm very happy with them.

Nothing screams poor workmanship quite like wrinkles in your duct tape.
