One thing to remember when riding this
DON'T gear down into corners, it will handle the extra lean, but the downpipes will ground out
(the voice of experience)
Check the downpipe for slight flat spot, it's easily done

Just spoke to chap you outbid for this.

He's a turbo nut, rebuilt cx500 and cx650 turbo, rebuilt an xj650 turbo I'm looking at and currently rebuilding a gpz750 turbo.

Can connect you if you like, really knows his turbo stuff.

I missed out on an 85 2 years ago, still bummed about it! Yours looks nice, screen still in tact too.
It's faster to break than to repair.

nothing to really know about the turbo for an XN85, propriety unit Suzuki " bought off the shelf" any have decent recon place can prob do a full overhaul on it (if needed)
