V-strom generally gets a pretty good write up, what's your opinion on it?
Personally I think "adventure" bikes are the SUVs of motorcycling but people can spend their money on whatever floats their boat
Being honest I'd have to say it's a decent machine . It's not as pretentious as the expensive marques.everything falls to hand without effort , the gearbox is Suzuki

. I'm on it everyday for 10 hours in all weathers and absolutely no fatigue even at my age. Averages 60-65 mpg.
The only bits I don't like are fitted as standard to all bikes now anyway...ABS ..Clutch cut out switch.
We paid less than £7 grand for each bike with hand guards , Suzuki boxes , Scottoiler , Oxford heated grips . They get serviced every 8 thousand miles ( 6 weeks) get new Michelin pilot tyres and genuine Suzuki brakes ( last longer ) .chain and sprocket every other service .( 12 weeks) .
The company now has 20 of them ( 3 in Manchester)
So value for money without a doubt.
