Re: NEW ARRIVAL
The 400 has an 18" front, which limits tyre choice a bit.

Re: NEW ARRIVAL
Tyre choice is limited ...but the BT45 that is available as a pair for the 400 is the best option anyway .

Re: NEW ARRIVAL
There’s an upgrade for the BT45 called the BT46. Supposedly better wear and wet weather capability’s. My mates just had a set fitted to his H1 Kawa as the BT45’s weren’t available
There rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

Re: NEW ARRIVAL
I had a pair of BT45s fitted to my flying brick in February, and a pair of BT46s for my Katana in July.
I don't get my knee down on corners, but I don't hang around either. I was out and about on the BMW yesterday in the fog, rain and greasy, salted roads. I am happy with the grip and handling of both types of tyre.

Nothing screams poor workmanship quite like wrinkles in your duct tape.

Re: NEW ARRIVAL
I used to run slicks on the road when I was doing track days and only had one bike (R1), and didn't want to swap wheels for the track, that was fun, but street tyres (I'm learning) are much easier to ride on the street with.
Here in Southern California I don't even own an umbrella so slicks can be "all weather tyres".
