Not shaft drive , it's just a GSX 550ES made to look like a 650 (which was shaft.)

Thanks Fossie, I looked at a 650 Kat in like 89, it didn't register with me it was a shaft drive, I got an 82 motorcyclist mag a few months ago and they had it there as shaft drive. Maybe I looked a a 550 Kat back in the day?
