HI Sam, what bars did you go with? I've been making some drawings for a different riser block, but your option might be easier (and cheaper!)

I think they were about 55€
Any higher may need some cable work

Re: 1st thousand miles
Thanks for that.. I'll try and find those.
Sorry to be 'needy', but did you have a link for the screen kit?
I've made some brackets to adjust an aftermarket screen to emulate the angle of the original Kat screen on mine, but I'm not convinced, as this solution looks way better!

Here you go https://www.webike.es/products/24294565.html
It left Japan 41 days ago and not yet been scanned into the Spanish system.
Spanish customs can be a bit slow

Thanks for that, I'll carry on with my brackets as I think their version makes the screen sit a bit high.. let me know!

I thought that too... but hoping it’s not so bad in real life.ibrakeformoose wrote:Thanks for that, I'll carry on with my brackets as I think their version makes the screen sit a bit high.. let me know!

Well the screen finally arrived this morning.ibrakeformoose wrote:Thanks for that, I'll carry on with my brackets as I think their version makes the screen sit a bit high.. let me know!
After a shortish ride.. about 40 mins round trip.. first impressions are that as a mount for the phone/sat-nav it’s brilliant, far easier to see than the handlebar mount, but as a shield from the wind it is rubbish.. the Puig screen does a better job of that.

Re: 1st thousand miles
Have you played with the adjustment of the screen, maybe lower would have less turblance.

Re: 1st thousand miles
I see you have a GSX1000-S and a tiger 800. What does the katana ride like compared to these two?KeKat wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 6:54 pmA few pic of the Kat

Also, open question to all who have these. Are they an upright riding position or are they putting the weight on your wrists like a sports bike?
