New Webike Japan Section

Webike Japan contacted us as they wanted to be able to post offers etc that might interest us. Quite a few of us have used them in the past so we have decided to setup a section for them and see how it goes. The section should be Read Only for everyone apart from Webike who can post up their offers (and Admins).

As a reminder, generally speaking I have kept any Webike order to under £135 to try to avoid the VAT + admin fee (to be fair, I'm generally OK with the VAT it's the admin fee they add on top to collect it that annoys me). As I have several bikes, I also often add in parts for other bikes as well.

As an aside there's a good price on the Katana pizza cutter at the moment
