Guess who my car insurance is with.....it's due for renewal in January so that's 1 company crossed off the quote list.

And Aviva (or Norwich Union) who are supposed to be one of the major ones are total numpties!!!

Had my 'prang' in my van with them & despite numerous emails & snail mail including one sent recorded delivery, I've still not got a response from them regarding my "dink"
Despite the fact that (& you've all seen the photo's) the damage was clearly a very very low speed dink with very minimal damage.

I'm still waiting for them to send me an accident form despite the fact that the "other guy" has whacked in a claim, which at last count was upto £1495 damages PLUS a personal injury claim on a car worth maybe half that (if ya very lucky)that was hit at less the 5MPH!!!!
That & the FACT that I've got pics of him & his girlfriend walking about as normal (NOT making out their necks/backs hurt)
My lot AVIVA (NORWICH UNION) WON'T reply to my phone calls/emails/recorded delivery letters, to let me know how the claim AGAINST me is going, even though my bike/car AND van insurance ALL went up in costs BECAUSE of the claim against me!!!!

So twat face Tigra driver has a newer car bought for him (at my expense) & gets a holiday+extras paid for (at me expense) against a car that was worth probs £700 TOPS all bcause they can't be arsed to investigate properly...& then they want to charge us extra to combat the fraudsters!!!!


The insurance companies are the biggest fraudsters going, BUT it's the punters LIKE US that have to pay for their f*ck ups!!!!
