Any (non digital) photo buffs here

Post by Katman » Sat Jan 07, 2012 7:05 pm

I have "inherited" an almost complete developing/printing set up (all that's missing in the chemicals) & wondered if there's anyone on here that's interested in this kind of thing?

I have complete listings of everything & pics too, any takers or anyone know of someone who might be?
Everything is in as new or very good condition & most are boxed with original instructions.

To buy new would cost well in excess of £1,200.00

Any one interested pm your email for details

I sold my darkroom kit off nearly two years ago.
I used to shoot 35mm and also 5x4 large format and enjoyed the darkroom more than taking the pictures in the first place.

Whatyagot?

Blix, look on http://www.jessops.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or google search for developing gear & you'll be surprised what is actually still available. It would seem that those that gave up with developing/printing their own fims/negatives have now gone back to it (probs cos it's now now longer what the masses do) 35mm is still quite widely available.

Paul, I'm not sure I have your email addy so pm it & I'll send you the lists.

As a taster try

Kaiser VCL60 Universal enlarger with a couple of slot in film trays & various lenses.
