B*********s

Post by fossie » Sun Jun 04, 2017 6:09 pm

Jmac has issue connecting to the Internet from time to time but today during his visit he told of the THEFT OF HIS 400 ....
It was in a locked compound in a 20 ft shipping container which is his shed.
Over th bankholiday the f****'g low life thieving scum cut a perimeter wire fence , cut the lock which had a guard over it, so they were equipped . Stole the 400 , they left other bikes and tools , geni, etc .
Obviously targeted ... C****! He had just MOT,d , after resparaying , fettling the carbs etc ready to sell to a potential club member.

Now he is in conversation about insurance payout . We'll see how that goes . He has told them about D&K valuation of their 400 at £5000 ! Seeing as jmacs was ready to ride obviously he can expel cat at least £4950 once th excess is taking off :D ;)

well theres no chance of anyone selling it for spares cos we all spot every single nut and bolt of katana stuff sold online.
i wonder if they actually knew it was a 400 or just thought it was an original kat 1100?

still a pisser though, they want their arms breaking.

B******s indeed. I'm wondering if they thought it was an 1100 as well, given some of the advertised prices recently.

I have a Network IP Camera (not cheap at £100+VAT though) in my garage that will email me if it detects movement (pointed at the door).

You can also turn an old Smartphone into a wireless security device as well - just Google "old smartphone ip camera".

Worth thinking about.
