THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR PATIENCE over the wkends ride out at the Moldee Rally!
This was my first ride since passing my test in october.....and i ended up doing 470 miles in total over the wkend !! bloody hell fire !!

I know i mustve peed those of you riding behind me off big time !! Braked when i shouldnt, cornered the wrong line, didnt overtake when i couldve, missed gears, rode too slow for most probably !! ..... but no one gave me grief or shite.... ha ! ha ! not to my face anyways !! and that bloody fog......holy cow , i bricked it !

THANKS also for those of you who gave me lots of encouargement and words of wisom and tips .....much appreciated, and i did take things said onboard and feel my ride home was alot easier just adjusting little bits of my riding.

Steve (Katmarch ) ...really appreciated your tips and our chats about riding my bike, you helped me out alot :P (oh and thanks for being my wkend husband !!!! )

Steve ( Sparki ) ....thankyou for keepin an eye on me, and also staying back with me on our sunday ride out. I bet secretly you were desperate to ride those bends and catch up with Russell, Steve and Cat ! ur a star! ( sorry sorry sorry for almost rear ending you !!! bloody clunky neutral !! ...... )

Cat...thanks for the laughs !!! and also for your words of encouagement too !

FAB wkend, fab place, fab ride, and fab people

Hey RedKat ,
it's great to hear that everyone in COCUK has the same sentiment about being new to bike riding.
I passed so bloody long ago I'd have to check my lisence to see what year lol, BUT I can remember it like yesterday, and we were all in your position once so it's us letting you down if you didn't feel welcome .
I didn't make it to the Moldee, but should I get chance to ride ooop norf and meet you all, I'll happily ride shotgun for whatever reason the pace is slower.
Have fun, Mark :O)

Hi Karen, nice post there, I followed you for quite a while around some of those foggy bends and even for experienced riders, fog, new roads and bends don't go together very well, You did great.
We all had to learn at sometime and you were with a great bunch of people who had no complaints and were quite happy to offer help and advice. :) :) :)
Just keep it up and I'm sure your confidence will grow :)

You did great Kaz...........its when people try to ride above their means that things go tits up.
You just went at your own pace, didnt get flustered, and everyone got there and back safe and sound.

You should be really pleased with yourself..............you did good girl!
