no idea. i know he is moving very soon, so i dont think he can get it exported in time. plus its a non stock frame etc so he might struggle to get it registered out in aus. but in truth, i dont know, except that he seemed pretty gutted that he cant take it with him. no surprise really when you consider how much time and money he has put into it.

I'm sure you cannot import wild animals into Australia for fear of it spreading through the natural environment, Think of the rabbits!

when i was talking to him he was telling me about the hours he spent setting the efi up in the garage with the laptop. he was setting it from scratch and recconed that 20 minutes idling and 2 runs to the end of the rd and back was a tank of fuel!! he calculated that on the road its very much sub 10mpg!
so perhaps the ausies are worried that it comes with its own personal hole in the ozone layer!!!
