Off bike trailer actually to stop myself falling.
Damaged cruciate ligament, spent last 2 and a half weeks hobbling about although I've refused to let it beat me so I'm carrying on as normal, still went to work and everything.
Physio I saw tues said I've done everything right and just need to do some stretches now to sort it.
I don't do ill. Lol
