as some of you already know, i was kind of layed off last Feb, well just given our P45's and the company was put into insolvency by the owner.
we have been fighting for redundancy and payment in lue of notice ever since,
the insolvency practioners were at best F*****g useless, so finally we had to go the insolvency gov service.
a letter arrived today stating my payment in lue of notice of which i could not believe,
they have capped my weekly pay,then took some more money for benefits of which i would not be entitled to, also took away the money that i earned (and payed tax and ni) due to being a good bloke who got off his ass and found another job, and finally made me pay some more effing tax.
if my orignal company played fair i would have got about £1600,
my gov payout has come to £350.
man i'm P***** off
