OK it's been a loooong day & my brain's not working
(no smart comments please)
so a question for anyone that fits the above.
The label on my 2 stroke bottle has come off & I can't remember the quantity needed. I need to add ?? 2-stroke oil to 5litres of fuel to make it a 40:1 mix ratio?
I have a mix bottle that says 95ml to 4 litres so how much extra needed for the extra litre??

probably made for a different mix ratio. different engines require different fuel/oil mixes. my little genny likes 40-1 my bantam liked 30-1, my even more ancient british seagull outboard motor reguires 18-1, yet my old 350lc was fine at nearly 50-1!!

125ml for 5 lires @ 40-1 ratio............
( 25ml oil per 1 litre of petrol - so 5 litres =125ml) its what I run my M30 ped on!
100ml for 5 litres of petrol @ 50-1 ration

in the good old days, the filler cap was a measure, you just tipped a capfull in for every gallon!

nah, my chainsaw and my strimmer both came with measuring pots for the oil, one measure per litre of fuel.
