....ok. This is going to be a bit of a ramble, but bear with me.

Load of "youth" have taken to smoking their weed(stinky skunk) down by some garages near me(well not near me, but near enough to get on my nerves). They also chuck all their "munchies" material packets and bottles on the floor.Take a piss and generally get on peoples nerves(welll...mine anyway) Oh...and they ride their scoots up and down the road - you know the really annoying sort that whine instead of phut phut

Anyway, was in a bad mood the other day and happened to bump into them down by the garages. About 6 of them there. Pigging mess and smoking weed. Asked them if they lived here(which they dont), they said no. So i asked them to pick up all their rubbish and fuck off. Now I know I should have kept my cool and maybe not started with that approach, but it was one of those days. Anyway, the reply from the Mr big of the group was "get back in your house" !!! Anyway. Stood my ground and gave em the evil eye

Anyway, they drifted off and that was that.

Now, I am a quiet bloke. dont get into fights. Cant remember the last one I had. But people/situations like this make me mad as hell and I want some revenge. I wanna get even. I want the big fat ginger mouthy twat to pay for being such a wanker. Various plans have been made but I know that I am going to get into big trouble if i thump him.

So my question is...What would you do ? How can i get even ?

Yeah, its hard to get "yoofs" to take you seriously or have any respect for their elders. When they are in a group you know when you say something then its going to be on. Them against you. It would be absurd to think they would apologize and simply walk off.
I'm a property guardian in a building which would seem empty but we live in here cheap to protect it from being squatted and vandalized. We had a group of "yoofs" running about on top of the building at night causing a ruckus. When they were confronted and we explained the situation they assumed we were squatters anyway and returned for the next few nights.
We did the right thing and ran out taking pictures with a bright flash saying the rozzers have been called and you are tresspassing.

That was the end of it.

Just be careful that they dont know whats in your garage, where you live or what you driveas if something happens, they might want to get even too.Maybe mention something about anti social activity and their images given to the rozzers. Or just call the old bill and say theres kids drug dealing right now. Harsh but.....

in all hnesty, dont do anything unless youre planning to stick to it all the way. despite al their fancy words, the police will give you zero assistance, and will in fact eventually turn into a hinderance. when we had the same problem at the old houe, plod told the cnuts it was me who had complained. im not going to go into too much detail, but it got really nasty, i had to be physically disarmed by some neighbours when i tried to take the rifle to the fuckers. i stood up to them, gangs of 10 and more, on my own. i fronted them and told them id do them all, and would kill the first one i got hold of. then never came close enough to see how serious i was. but the police did nothing, we had evidence, witnesses, cctv, the lot. they did fuck all. prossecuting scumbags is more paperwork than its worth. eventually after the neighbours whos houses i protected sat by and watched my own being attacked and did nothing i had to leave before i actually killed one of them. the council, the housing authoritys, the courts, the asbo system, all totally sterile.you would be better off picking the biggest one and taking a pickaxe shaft to the fucker.

I am going to see what happens. I had 4 proper coppers come round my courtyard this afternoon. They was having a look around for the scum bags. Popped out and introduced myself and let them know what had happened and what was going on. They said they were going to help as much as they could and move them on. NIMBY i know but hey.

Like you say John, I need to be careful. My kids etc. I think I know someone who knows where he lives, so will get hold of that and maybe pass it on.

I emailed my MP and had a reply from one of his lackys. Also email my local councillors and one of them phoned me up today as well. So lets see what happens with them over the next couple of weeks.

Oh yeah. Also spoke to one of my neighbours and she has been phoning the police about them as well, which is good. I popped some letters around the people who live closest to the garages and said that if they do nothing then these kids will just take the place over.

Its at times like this i wish i could just lump the bastards but i know what will happen. My sisters boyfriend had a problem with his neighbour and he head butted him - got sent to open prison for 3 months !!!!

you really dont want to know how bad it can get pete! it cost me £135,000 to get free from it all.

Sounds like a nightmare John. Hope its all behind you(although all that money lost has gotta hurt).

I am thinking of moving anyway, and if it wasnt for the kids and my elderly mum and dad I would go tomoz(if i could sell my house!!!). Croydon Town is spreading out to here nowadays and the place seems to be going down the toilet. I cant find any work around here anyway, so maybe time to up sticks and find somewhere nicer to bring the kids up and more chances of work.

Why oh why could i have got that sixth lottery number ?????? Could have hired my own hitman(or even paid the Police to do it)

I had trouble with the kids off the local scumbag family that the cause 90% of the crime in the village when I moved in. 7 kids, dad piss head asleep all day unless spending his state funded alcoholic habit durng opening hours, mother piss head too, then comes out at night theiving.

Had enougth one day, knocked on his front door and told Dad, in front of wife and all kids, I'm fed up shouting at your kids chucking rubbish on my garden, breaking down trees putting branches on my car, swearing at old people etc so the next time any of them bother me or I have any problem that i think was caused by your family I'm going to either knock on your door or wait until you pass my house and I'm going to knock you out, no explanation no talk just punch you unconscious.

Never had another problem, he walks the long way round does not pass my house, wife walks past with hate in her eyes whenever she sees me but I've never had another problem, kids walk past and nod to me, all sorted.

Does help if you are big and mean enough to follow through with it tho

I think that I could sort the bloke out ok on his own and i recon I might do it if nothing happens with the Police. I aint having some scumbag screw my life up (i do enough on my own thank you).

The local plastic policeman contacted me today and said they were gunning for them, so will see what happens. They are stopping and searching whenever they can and try and get them with some weed. Not much of a nick, but its a start.

Things like this really tick me off and I keep thinking of ways to get back at the scumbag. I will find out where he lives and maybe send some things in the post for him
