Did you know that on January the 19 th 2013 the licence law for motorcycle changes again.
16 year olds on 50 cc mopeds as before , but 17 to 19 are stuck with 125's then another test up to 400 cc until 24 then they can join the rest of us. after another test.
33 Bhp restrict or kits for sv 650's etc are redundant .
But basically the 400 market will become buoyant again. And any old shed of a 400 is going to hold it's price...... So Pete there s hope for you!
Also if you are looking for a 400 now is the time to Look, if you are selling next year is them time
