Does anyone have any advice on preventing glasses from steaming up. I've had the viser up tonight and I still have problems when stopped.

contacts are ok till you open the vizor!, then they go all floaty and everything gets blurred!, oddly, fairy liquid does work!, wearing an open face does too, better ventilation you see!

you can get the lenses coated with an anti fog coating. try one of the online spec suppliers like glaasses to go, buy a cheapo pair in your prescription, i think they start at about 25 quid inc lenses, (shedloads cheaper than even the supermarket opticians) and specify anti fog coating, then keep them just for the bike.

Dont buy those goggles as they are from the states and will dip the wrong side :)

Hmmmmmmmm what about some heated glasses :) they won't steam up and they will keep your nose warm too
