1986 ... It was the death of the US Challenger, Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme was killed on the street in Stockholm, the price of crude oil produced in the North Sea, the first drop below $ 10 a barrel, homosexuals are only known from the movie "Police Academy", Honda produces the legendary GL-1200 Aspencade ... four-cylinder engine volume of 1200, driveline, trip computer, cassette player and air suspension, a 500-watt generator, CB-radio, comfortable leather sofas for driver and passenger, and more, as in today commands respect and admiration technical genius. One of the bikes were purchased in the same far in 1986 and taken to sunny California. many years he served faithfully for his master until his death in 2001. Deserted motorcycle 10 years stood in the garage, losing its original luster. Having grown up children, Honda was not interested in - an era iPad and virtual sex. In 2011, the son of the late owner put what was left of the prominent motorcycle auction, where it was bought without bargaining a strange Russian person. The restoration took almost a year. many problems brought idle air suspension fork leaking, corroded and caliper bolts. When the Russian was looking for worldwide home cassette for the bike, the Americans and the Japanese twisted his finger to his temple, muttering something about the mysterious Russian soul. When the Russian began to order bolts and Gadget, bearings and springs in Japan, the Japanese are all cursed, and remember the horror of Hiroshima. Finally, when the Russian bought the German e-bay one single (the only one on the entire German e-bay) button for on-board computer, the Germans realized why they were defeated in the Second World War. Finally tonight Honda GL-1200 was officially wound up and did a lap around the underground parking lot. Her new headlights and tail lights of this strange Russian seemed truly a reflection of gratitude and devotion dog.
