I put the 400 on trickle charge before all the snow hit us last year, noticed a few weeks ago that the mrs had unplugged it for some weird reason  ....

...battery's now totally f*cked, cold weather killed it

Me an flo just been out on the kat. I forgot how crisp and tight it feels. It's like new. Have ordered all the correct engine casing bolts. The new exhaust is awesome. Sounds so sweet

Nice one John.
I currently have a grand total of.......0 (that's zero) bikes on the road so can only look out the window as bikes blast past, :(
Sadly ill health is still keeping me out of the garage, but I'm getting better now so bring on the warmer weather.

Sorry to hear you arnt too well Chris!

get well soon!

Took my old girl out of hybernation today. 8-)

Turned the petrol tap to Prime, turned choke on and pressed the starter button. Couple of spins on the starter and she frapped into life!

Gave her a bit of a check over ,Lubed the chain up ( was a bit rusty  ) and let some of the air out of the over inflated tyres and went for a blast out to Devils bridge.

Ran like a dream too!

Some of the zinc plated fittings have suffered over the winter though
..............she's nearly as tatty as my old m8 FBJs now!

Oh yes The sun cameout today, So the "BIKE LANE" was full of fairweather car driving dicks who just can't check their mirrors or think that because they are filtering NOT!!!!!! on their shiney shiney latest incarnation of a torture table , that nobody is near them.
Then when they realise you are there, they speed up ! Why ? just move over and let us past, if we are travelling quicker than they thought safe , why speed up? Pride , stupidity, both , or the thought their £6000 machine shouldn't be humbled by a 30 year old Kat.

If they aren't going to filter they should pi*s off and get back in their poxy boxes!!!

Obviously current readership is exempt from this observation, however mirrors. :)
