We have a couple of Ventura side rails for £65 which is cost . They need the brackets welding in place but are cut and shaped. Then painting coating, we did this so we could get them alterered for the 250/400 nad 650/550.
I will struggle to get them done for easter. If you can get them done I'll get a set off to you and sort out dosh at rally.
You will need a rack/ grab rail , from Ventura/Motohaus in Odijham (importers ) or through local bike shop , but they are stock items. As there is only 3 sizes of racks for all bikes , it is just the width that varies.

Blix mate sent up the rails on Saturday morning along with mine so you can get the welder just to copy it.

If anyone in the club is short for now, I have a pair of Oxford Sovereign panniers in perfect nick for free. Got no bungee kit with them but bought new ones in black for my 12R as this pair are royal blue. Again....FREE, I'll whack 'em in the post and you can send me the postage later if it helps for the Easter Rally I can't join you on.
Cheers for now

The set is complete and original as from Bold engineering in NewZealand, who make Ventura .
Yes they mount at the shock mount and the bolt that holds the indicator bracket on.
just bring it to mold as no rush.Unless it is better for you tp post.

I know its not a lot of use to you Mick.......but I made 5 limited edition Bobster racks last year for the Eurokat 4 rally.
I made them out of 3/4" and 1/2" steel tubing. The rear section is removable so it can be used as a Grabrail when the rack is not required.

mick
think yourself lucky you didn't get one,
they have a tendancy to cause a bike to fall over when least expected,
least one of the 5 did
