Which option do you have in mind? Filters vs. stacks? Pods vs. stock filter?

If you want to keep the bike std or close to it then stock airbox is best and easiest, if your looking for performance gains then pods and a good pipe (eg vance & hines/eagle) will be better, but to do this you will have to spend more time and money on setting up the carbs..Is it worth it on an old bike ? thats the question... On my restoration Kat i'll have std airbox, on the big kat i'll have filters or bellmouths, but then it does have a 1230 engine and i want it to breath as well as possible, aswell as hear the sound of the flatslide rattling...music to my ears, haha

most of bike i try to keep as standard,
kat3 is runnining pods with a harris pipe, whats its sound like i here you say, idon't know it won't fire up yet
there is a company near me which sells ramair filters for about £15 each if anyone is interested.
