Maybe its a sign of my increasing feebleness, but I have trouble reading the red on black colour scheme used on the forum - even with my best glasses on.

I don't think this is very clear
I can read this much betterer


Is it possible to change the red to gold (seems more katana-like too) or anything a bit more readable?

...and maybe even go up one font size?

Hitting 'Ctrl' & '+' ('cmd' & '+' on Mac) at the same time will increase displayed size.
I have the same problem

Don't know if we can .. is the honest answer, but will send the gremlins in to look
