theres a guy on one of the fb kat pages looking for his dads old 650 katana, the reg number is vyg 650x. now ive a vague memory of seeing a 650 kat on a forum post that had 650 as part of the reg number. anyone else remember it. his dad bought it new in 81 and had it for ages before being forced to sell it for some reason. anyhow, the dvla says its on a sorn, so its still out there somewhere. anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for adding that John, saves me a job! Got a message from him on the KOC UK FB page as well. I have posted there for him. He says when they sold it, it was in the Leeds area.

Did the 'search for old vehicles' thing on the dvla website a couple of years ago, I've only owned five cars and four bikes in nearly forty years of driving so wasn't difficult, everything had gone to that great scrapyard in the sky except for a 1991 red and white mini cooper, the first of the Rover ones, it is on a sorn now and judging by the prices they are fetching I wish I had kept it and done the same.
