You would think so with all the romper suit boys tear arseing up & down Chester road at 100mph with full race zorsts fitted
Anywhoos I can now legally get out and stretch beelzebitch’s legs now and again

How can you chance it matey , there might be some moisture in the air to dull your bright work

Unless you live in Wales. Still got riding restrictions.

not sure I took it as all being allowed to simply go for a jolly??
it mentions about being able to 'drive to a place for exercise' or similar wording..........

You can excersise in your own back yard but ride your bike 200miles round trip to get there.

Precisely what I have done this afternoon with my brother! About 100 miles loop round through Suffolk, back home then have a run round the garden... (well actually I didn't do the run bit).
