I asked a question about a product on another forum and got two responses. A thumbs up and 'I wouldn't get that because...' Now, I know that the person who left the 'I wouldn't get that' reply uses an alternative product, they just won't tell me what it is, in spite of me asking. I just can't see that happening here. So this is a thanks to all the members who give their time and knowledge to help.

It will totally give away the identity of the forum and as unhelpful as they usually are, I still may need a little help.

A product for doing what? Intriging!

Oh okay, it's a fuel pump for my Buell. It's another well known (when you actually have one) weakness. Along with bad earths, sump plug female threads made of plasticine, Primary drive drain bolt threads easily stripped, overheating of rear cylinder, exhaust stud breakage, inlet O ring failure, wheel bearing failure, bad fuelling map, cooling fan failure and engine front rubber mount failure.

They are great, apart from that.
